MC Halloween 2009

6:30 to 9 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 28

Community youngsters will find treats,

haunted house on Manchester campus Oct. 28

Children of the North Manchester community are in for Halloween goodies and screams Oct. 28 on the Manchester College campus.

All five residence halls will welcome trick-or-treaters from 6:30 to 9 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 28. Children can expect treats at any room that sports a pumpkin in Schwalm, East, Oakwood and Helman residence halls.

Student residents of Garver Hall on East Street are offering up a special scare: a Haunted House. (So those residents can focus on terror, Garver will not offer room-to-room trick-or-treating.)

East Hall next door will have Halloween activities for younger children. In addition, residents of Helman and Oakwood halls on College Avenue will offer activities in their first-floor great rooms.

The College woods will not be haunted this year.
