school students can check out more
than 30 schools at College Fair
hosted by Manchester
Area high school
students can check out more than 30 schools in one place at the 2007
Wabash County College Fair on Wednesday, Oct. 3 at Manchester College.
Students from
Grant, Huntington, Kosciusko, Miami, Wabash and Whitley counties are
especially encouraged to attend the fair, from 6:30 to 8 p.m. in the new
College Union on the North Manchester campus.
At the free
event, representatives from colleges, universities and technical schools
will provide information about areas of study, financial aid, admission
requirements, athletics, extracurricular activities, scholarships and
more.
Among colleges
sending representatives: Anderson University, Baker College, Ball State
University, Bethel University, Grace College, Hanover College,
Huntington College, Indiana State University and Indiana
University-Purdue University Fort Wayne. Also: Indiana
University/Kokomo, Indiana Wesleyan University, ITT Technical Institute,
Ivy Tech State College, Manchester College, Marian College, Purdue
School of Technology, Purdue University, St. Joseph’s College, Taylor
University/Fort Wayne, Taylor University/Upland, Tri-State University,
University of Indianapolis, University of Saint Francis, University of
Southern Indiana and Vincennes University. Many more are expected.
