Academic Policies Committee

APC meets each Wednesday at 3:00.  Proposals (with all appropriate signatures) should be submitted to the Office for Academic Affairs by 12:00 noon on the Friday preceding the meeting.

Proposal Forms

The following forms are available in WORD format only.  If you need to have WordPerfect forms, please email Kimberly Meyer.  Once you complete the forms, please submit the signed paper copy to Kimberly Meyer (x5051) in the Office for Academic Affairs and email the electronic copy to the Registrar, Lila Hammer.
