technology requirements are involved. Technical staff
provide set-up and assistance if needed during the event. |

There are a variety of
meeting rooms capable of offering presentations ranging from
VHS tapes and DVD discs to computer-based PowerPoint shows.
These rooms offer graphics projectors, Internet-connected
computers, VHS/DVD players, and sound systems. |

equipped multimedia presentation rooms |
There are a few rooms
capable of offering presentations from VHS tapes and DVD
discs. These rooms offer graphics projectors, VHS/DVD
players, and sound systems. Computer-based PowerPoint is
possible with an added laptop computer. |

graphics projectors |
A number of portable
graphics projectors may be set up with laptop projectors for
PowerPoint presentations. |
| Laptop
computers |
The College offers laptop
computers that can be utilized for on campus meetings,
workshops, and events. |

Computer-based teaching labs |
There are six
Internet-connected computer labs designed for instructional
purposes. Each lab is equipped with a projector for showing
images from the instructor's computer onto a large screen. |

taping |
VHS tape and/or audio tape
copies of events, workshops, or meetings can be provided. |

conferencing |
College technology
includes the support of IP videoconferencing in a variety of
meeting facilities. |

The College can support
small and large group audio conferencing. |
| Audio and
sound support |
The College can provide
voice enhancement and audio playback equipment for any
location on campus. |
| TV-equipped
rooms |
There are a couple of
rooms capable of offering presentations from VHS tapes and
DVD discs. These rooms have mounted TV monitors with
attached VHS/DVD players. Portable TV/VHS/DVD equipment is
available, however, for other meeting rooms. |
