Text Box: CRIME ALERT In compliance with the “Timely Notice” provision of the federal Clery Act, the Manchester College Department of Safety and Security is providing the following notice: On Tuesday, March 4, 2008, at approximately 11:20 p.m., the North Manchester Police Department received a report of an assault of an acquaintance in Schwalm Hall, which was reported to have occurred approximately 45 minutes earlier. The complainant alleged that, while visiting a friend, the complainant was forcibly held down and inappropriately touched. The suspect was subsequently arrested and charged with sexual battery, criminal confinement, and battery.
