Ticket appeals may be submitted online, within five (5) calendar days from the issuance of the citation, by using the form found on the website:  www.manchester.edu/osd/security/files/ticketappeals.htm.

To report a crime please call the on duty officer, at extension 5999.  The officer will take a statement from you and follow up on your information.
