To begin moving in, please check in at your residence hall front desk to receive your welcome week packet and room key.

Commuter Student Orientation – Academic Center
Commuter students hear about issues specific to their college experience.

Welcome Session - Cordier Auditorium
Hear welcoming remarks from President Dave McFadden and Vice President for Academic Resources Tim McElwee as well as the introduction of the Student Orientation Leaders (SOLs). Also, learn more about the traditions and values of your university.

Parent and family departure

Education Department H.O.M.E. Mentoring Program Ice Cream Social
All first-year education majors are required to attend this meeting. You will interact with department faculty and be paired with your mentor. This is for those majoring in elementary education, secondary education, health and physical education, music education, art education and educational studies. After meeting your mentors and having a brief meeting, the ice cream social will commence!
