Mission Statement

The Success Center exists to assist students in defining, clarifying, and achieving their academic, professional, and personal goals to enhance their Manchester College experience.

We seek to:

• Graduate students of ability and conviction
• Promote academic excellence
• Assist students in making academic, professional and personal transitions
• Guide students in developing dynamic learning strategies and necessary skills to enhance academic success
• Empower students to make informed choices regarding academic programs, individual wellness, personal growth and career opportunities

Values Statement

The Success Center staff values engaging students at their current ability levels, assessing needs and assisting them in skill enhancement. Implicit in these efforts are respect for the worth of our students and the belief that education and lifelong learning are important to their continued success.

Vision Statement

The Success Center serves as the primary location for academic, professional and personal support resources and referrals. It is a readily available, welcoming resource center where students work side by side with professionals and peers to achieve success in college. All students may use the services that address individual needs through innovative and progressive approaches.
