Hometown: Carmel, IN, USA
Major: Elementary Education emphasis on mild intervention
Grad Year: 2014
Why attend MU: I was a transfer student from Ancilla College. I wanted to continue my collegiate softball career at a highly recognized academic school. Manchester has a high credibility in the education field.
Favorite thing: I love being a part of a school community. Manchester is smaller than my high school but larger than my previous school. It's the perfect size for me. I love every single one of my professors. Each one of them goes above and beyond to make sure my classmates and I succeed. I also love being on the softball team. Working towards winning a conference championship is well within our grasps. With all of the hard work we do, it's so much fun. I will treasure these experiences for life.
Never expected: I never expected to find a purpose in life. I've always known I wanted to be a teacher, but my professors helped me find my passion for Mild Disabilities. They inspire me each and every day to make the most of life.
I found: At Manchester University, I found purpose. I found a purpose in life through doing what I love to do, teach!
