Sidhartha Ray Sidhartha Ray, Ph.D.
Professor of Pharmaceutical Sciences
(toxicology & medical microbiology, immunology)

Dr. Sidhartha Ray joined the Pharmacy Program in May 2011, and teaches pharmaceutical sciences and serves on various academic committees. Dr. Ray was most recently professor of toxicology at the Arnold & Marie Schwartz College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences of Long Island University. He has more than 31 years of academic experience in pharmacy teaching and research and he earned his Master of Science degree and Ph.D. in Life Sciences (Chemical Biology) from the University of Indore (DAVV) in Indore, India. He received post-doctoral training from Rutgers University, University of California at Santa Cruz and Medical College of Virginia/Virginia Commonwealth University at Richmond, Va.
