FAFSA

To determine your eligibility for financial aid, you must complete and submit the U.S. Department of Education’s Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).

IMPORTANT DATES

 

January 1
  • The FAFSA form is available for students to complete online for the 2013-2014 academic year (www.fafsa.ed.gov).
  • Be sure to list Manchester University’s federal school code 001820 in order for us to receive your FAFSA data.
March 10
  • Deadline for completion of FAFSA (the State of Indiana observes this deadline; check the deadline that corresponds with your state of residence).
June 1
  • Financial aid letters will be mailed out to the members of the incoming class; billing statements will follow shortly.
July 22
  • Payments due for the incoming class.

 

RETURN ON INVESTMENT


The demand for trained pharmacists has increased in recent years due to the rapid growth of the health care and pharmaceutical industries. A shortage of as many as 157,000 pharmacists is predicted by 2020 according to the Pharmacy Manpower Project Inc. According to www.DrugTopics.com, annual salaries for pharmacists in 2011 ranged from $116,000 to $140,000.

STUDENT HEALTH INSURANCE

All students at the College of Pharmacy are required to have health insurance coverage. If students don't already have prior coverage at the time of enrollment, they can use the University health insurance plan through Bolinger. OTHER SOURCES OF FINANCIAL AID

Scholarships for the College of Pharmacy are limited to those available through third parties. Students are encouraged to pursue student loans and not rely on scholarships to pay for tuition.
