Manchester College is accepting applications and enrolling students for its four-year professional program in pharmacy that leads to the awarding of the Doctor of Pharmacy degree (Pharm.D.). The School of Pharmacy, located in the highly visible and rapidly growing health care corridor near Interstate 69 and Dupont Road in Fort Wayne, is the only pharmacy program in northern Indiana. The first 70 students begin classes in August 2012.

  • Chaired a podium session entitled “miRNA as Biomarkers for Organ Damage” at the Society of Toxicology Annual Meeting in San Francisco, March 2012.

  • Was appointed as an associate editor of the Encyclopedia of Toxicology edited by Phil Wexler, NIH/NLM.

  • Published a peer reviewed article entitled "Curcumin exposure modulates multiple pro-apoptotic and anti-apoptotic signaling pathways to antagonize acetaminophen-induced toxicity” in the international journal Current Neurovascular Research.
