Thank you for your concern and willingness to make a referral for intervention purposes.

In an effort to assist students, faculty, or staff in working through any problematic issue that may be impeding their success, we will follow up as quickly as possible with the most appropriate person.

Though information from this referral may be used in our outreach to assist the person being referred, the information will be kept confidential. Only those within the Office of Student Affairs, the referred person, and those who may play a role in intervention will be notified about the referral.

The person making a referral to the system will receive confirmation that the referral has been received and that action has been taken. This will occur via email and usually within 24 hours during the weekdays. Every attempt will be made to answer weekend questions (Fri. - Sun.) on the following Monday.
