Manchester College has an exceptional track record of preparing students for what comes next—whether it’s law school, med school, grad school or straight into a career. In fact, within six months of graduating, 97 percent of our graduates are either in the work force, continuing their education or in full-time voluntary service. Here are just a few of our programs that stand among the best in the country.
Accounting
Over the last five years, 100 percent of accounting students who have completed Manchester’s 150-hour program have found accounting jobs within six months of graduation at an average starting salary of $41,932.
Biology-chemistry (Pre-medicine)
Over the last five years, 89 percent of Manchester students who applied to medical school were accepted. That’s more than twice the national average of 40 percent.
Education
In the past three years, 100 percent of our graduates have successfully completed their internship (first year) of teaching and moved on to the professional level of licensing.
Pre-law
At Manchester, 85 percent of students who apply to law school gain admission, compared to 65 percent nationally.
Athletic training
Manchester offers a CAATE-accredited athletic training program with extensive hands-on clinical experience and internship possibilities with professional sports teams. Of those who pass certification, 100 percent are employed as athletic trainers or admitted into graduate programs.
Psychology
Of graduating seniors who applied to graduate school, 89 percent were accepted, compared with a national average of less than 50 percent.
