Bio History Note"The Reporter" of the National Service Board for Religious Objectors was established to give accurate and objective information about conscientious objectors.  The periodical's aim was to keep concerned persons informed about the CPS program; legislation under consideration by the Congress which related to C. O.'s; relations with the U. S. Treasury Department; the Office of Civilian Defense; the financial problems of the program and the parole and appeal situation.  "The Reporter" replaced the "Camp Information Bulletin" and the general "Bulletin." No editorials or articles of opinion were included.
