Scope and Content

Pat Helman begins this tape and other voices are added.  It is a spiritual star search in quest of understanding God. The victory of light over darkness as a symbol of the living God that rules in the heavens. This narration was to accompany a slide presentation.

Bio History Note

Notes and a portion of a bulletin with credits are included in the box of the reel-to-reel tape.  A statement by Hammersjold was included, "The longest journey is the journey inward of one who has chosen a destiny, who has started upon the quest for the source of being."

The presentation took place at Manchester Church of the Brethren.

As of 18 September 2014 slides have not been found.

Archivist Note

Reel-to-reel audio tape transferred to CD by Instructional Technologies Department in March 2011. Audio tape discarded in November 2016 by Jeanine Wine after MU's Department of Instructional Technologies created a digital Wave Sound file on the Archives' Network.
