Scope and Content

First Church of the Brethren, Chicago, IL, 1925 Dedication program.

Seventy-fifth Anniversary Celebration booklet (2000) with history and photographs.

One snapshot belonging to Jeanine Wine, archivist, was scanned and included on the archives' network in the folder [COB Church and Family Histories]. It is also searchable by typing: First COB Chicago c 2004.  The individuals included in the picture are Miss Mary Moore (white and black outfit), Anna Snyder (in red - daughter of Lois (Horning) Snyder and Graydon F. Snyder) - a long-time member (in green), and the daughter of Mary Scott (long-time member) with her husband (kneeling).  Her name might be Mary Scott Borea, but the church directory will need to be consulted. The picture was probably taken in the early 2000's. The photo was discarded following scanning.
