| Bio History Note | Eldon Burke graduated from Manchester College in 1922 and was a long-time Manchester College Professor of History. His photograph in this collection is initialed ERB.
The 1922 Aurora had this caption beside his photograph:Major, History. A student who drinks deep in every subject he pursues. Only man at Manchester who ever competed successfully with the ladies as a reader and going the limit in Expression department. Has almost an insatiable voracity for knowledge. |
