Bio History Note

The New York, Chicago & St. Louis Railroad Company traveling over the "Nickel Plate Road," starting as a single road built with cash, and ended with four districts as a result of acquisitions made over the years. It evolved into a leader in the delivery of freight with its renowned "Nickel Plate High Speed Service."

The menus provided in this small collection wre printed for "Manchester College Students" and reflect "specials" offered to the same.  The train passed through the northern area of the campus and made stops here.
