Bio History NoteRoanoke Classical Seminary in Roanoke, Indiana was founded by Professor F. S. Reefy in 1860.  Many of its students later became prominent individuals.  Roanoke was described as the "Athens of Northern Indiana. The school was moved in 1889 and became known as Manchester College.
