Bio History Note

R. H. Miller taught at Manchester College from 1929 - 1959.

This book is an account of the world tour Mr. and Mrs. R. H. Miller took in 1954.

There are some very interesting excerpts such as to a visit to the Brethren workcamps at Steyr and Kassel, Germany (pgs. 44 - 47) and to the distribution of heifers (pgs. 40 and 41).

Pg. 41 gives a German refugee's perspective as to why it is good to receive actual livestock from America instead of being given money and purchasing livestock in Germany.
