Bio History Note

A collection of short faculty speeches that had been shared throughout the years at the opening fall convocation at Manchester College.  The presentations are dated from 1993 forwards through 2003. Jo Young Switzer originated the invitation for faculty to reflect about "why" they chose to teach at Manchester College. The speeches were assembled in a 3-ring notebook and placed in the Admissions waiting area so that the reflections could be shared with prospective students and parents.
