Bio History Note

Changes  to the structure of the Board of Trustees occurred in 2012 with implementation on 1 January 2013.

One of the changes made was the elimination of the Committee on Trustee Affairs.   It was replaced with a Governance Committee

Accompanying this collection is a letter with Responses to Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) about the Manchester University Bylaws and Articles of Incorporation Revision that was sent to all six District Executives during 2012.

A correction needs to be made to the FAQ sheet: The founder of  Roanoke Classical Seminary was not Daniel Howe. Roanoke was founded by Frederick Reefy.  David N. Howe was one of a succession of principals at Roanoke and under Professor David Howe's leadership, the institution at Roanoke was moved to North Manchester and North Manchester College came into existence.
