| Scope and Content | This version of "The Storytellers" was presented by Children's Theatre in 1983. It was originally recorded on VHS tape (see MC2009/90d) and digitized in 2013. The DVD is located with the original collection, MC2009/90d. The VHS tape was discarded 14 November 2017 because of its age and because the best possible digital copy had already been made. |

| Bio History Note | Background material for this digital copy of "The Storytellers" is accessioned with MC2009/90d. Director, Professor Scott Strode, began his teaching career at Manchester College in the area of Speech Communication and Drama in 1974. Professor Strode retired at the end of school year 2008. Included in this collection is the "Children's Theatre Touring History" (1978 through 2005) and the "History of Play Production at Manchester College" that lists every play from 1919-1920 through 2007-2008.
