MC2006/13 – File Folder Case: Reports, State, Church, General – Folder #1

 

1.       1925, March 14 – copy of letter sent to Carl Burt (from Otho Winger) – offering a summer position coaching baseball, coaching, and possibly, manual training.

2.       1925, April 7 – Letter of inquiry from Carl Burt – will the college employ a football coach in the fall? If so, Burt will enter the University of Illinois coaching school and take an intensive course in football coaching.

 

MC2006/13 – File Folder Case: Reports, State, Church, General – Folder #2

 

1.       1922, February 27 - Letter from the General Education Board, founded by John D. Rockefeller, 61 Broadway, New York.  This letter rejects the “application made by Manchester College under date of November 1, 1921.”

2.       1923, September 18 - Letter from the General Education Board, founded by John D. Rockefeller, 61 Broadway, New York. Letter states that if certain material changes have been made  at the college - the board would renew the college’s application.

3.       Report of Manchester College to the General Education Board concerning salaries paid for instruction, January, 1920. This report includes a projected need for employees for the next 5 years.
