Scope and Content

The Book, "A Century of Faith, Learning and Service," lists Koile as being the director of Orchestra and Band 1929-1930, and this picture is reproduced in the 1930 Aurora.

Bio History Note

The records of the MSO (Manchester Symphony Orchestra) show David Koile as being the first conductor (1939-1942) - but this date is incorrect. The Book, "A Century of Faith, Learning and Service," lists Koile as being the director of Orchestra and Band 1929-1930, and this picture is reproduced in the 1930 Aurora.
