Bio History Note

Timothy Garber claimed to have started the infamous Manchester College "shoe tree."

Timothy is the son of James Garber (Jim Garber) who served in the MC departments of Public Relations, Development, Alumni Affairs, and Major Gifts and Planned Giving.
