Color copy of Gladdy's Muir's 1937 letter to her father, Freeman Muir.

Bio History Note

Marlin Heckman served as archivist at La Verne University in California.

Gladdys wrote this letter to her father during Church of the Brethren Annual Conference, 1937.  It was mailed from Nampa, Idaho.

Gladdys mentions Dr. Kurta, Harry Brandt, an interview with Vernon Schwalm, the Keims, Pauline Shirk, Professor Alvin Brightbill (who looks like Professor Rowland), Robert Mohler, and Professor Craik.


"Manda" is a "pet-name" for Amanda.
