Bio History NoteThese metal plates on wood were probably etched and created from original drawings.  The plates were most likely rolled with ink and then used to print programs, booklets, or posters.
Archivist NoteThese objects had been taken to the North Manchester Center for History on long term loan by Dr. Bill Eberly (professor emeritus).  The Center for History graciously returned them in March 2015 when it was discovered that the printing plates did not fit into the Center's collection. Description prepared 24 March 2015 by Jeanine M. Wine.
