MU2015/100a

It appears that these are students in classroom scenes,carefully photographed, probably for publicity purposes.  They are identified as “Photography byChristopher Kean,” and are dated May 1984. Because of their similarity in subject, not all slides in the box werescanned.   It should be noted that the date of May 1984is the film processing date and not the actual date the pictures was taken.

 

MU2015/100b

It appears that these pictures of faculty and staff,carefully photographed, probably for publicity purposes.  They are identified as “Photography byChristopher Kean,” and are dated May 1984. Because of their similarity in subject, not all slides in the box werescanned.  It should be noted that thedate of May 1984 is the film processing date and not the actual date thepictures was taken.  Faculty: Art Gilbert(Economics/Business), Roger Buzzard (Economics/Business), and possibly VicGlover (Psychology) are pictured.  Theimages of Roger Buzzard need confirmation.

Archivist Note

Slides were in the Archives when Jeanine began her position as archivist [April 2006].  Notes indicate they were from the Public Relations department.  This batch of slides is from the same photographer (noted on slide) and was probably used for publicity/marketing purposes.  Because of their similarity in subject, not all slides in this batch were scanned.  Jeanine scanned what she thought were the most storytelling and noteworthy slides in September of 2015.  More slides are available for view within the folder identified as MU2015/100a,b,c,d.
