Folder #4  - Professional Development - 'The Centennial Campaign had an objective of establishing an endowment to support faculty development.  The Campaign goals were all met .....Since no one who gave cash elected to restrict their gifts to the faculty development endowment, the entire funding for the faculty development endowment had to come from the deferred gifts--ie. from wills, annuities, trusts, etc. So far, none of these gifts has been received, thus, there is no endowment fund at this time....."

Folder #28 - From the Office of the President, written by President Bill Robinson:  "On February 2 (1986) we will have a very important faculty meeting.  In fact, I will not be surprised if someday Manchester historians point to this meeting as pivotal in our entrance into a second century of faith, learning and service.  The objective of our February 2 meeting will be the compilation of the Manchester College faculty's great ideas; the ideas that will make the difference between surviving and flourishing in the difficult decade before us.  It will be these ideas that demonstrate the value of creativity in the construction and perpetuation of high quality education....."
