Scope and Content

The statement consists of three paragraphs and the first paragraph is copied below:

"The arm bands worn by some of us today are symbolic of our deep and continuing concern over a war in Indochina that, while officially ended, goes on unabated.  We recognize that both sides are ro blame for cease fire violations but we can be responsible only for our own actions.  It is our country that daily carries on massive bombing raid in Cambodia and that exchanges its military personnel for advisor, some of who are the same military personnel wearing civilian clothes".......
