Scope and ContentNewspaper article relaying the account of Jean Zimmerman who was arrested in May of 1978 for protesting on property belonging to the Rocky Flats Rockwell International weapons plant.  Jean was part of a large and non-violent protest against the nuclear weapons plant and radiation fallout.

Bio History Note

At that time Jean Zimmerman was married to MC Professor Gary Zimmerman. 

Jean later died of cancer. Daughter, Lori Zimmerman, is an alumna of Manchester College.
