News clippings regarding charitable fundraisers at Manchester College:

Students and faculty raise $192.87 to help victims of bombing in Birmingham, Alabama (27 September 1963).

Benefit concert for "Sanctuary" with Phil Cooper, Margaret Nelson and Susan Urban, folk musicians and recording artists - also featured - Joyce Fry and Jason Schmittler - benefit for the struggle for life in Central America and help give hope, life, love and peace to refugees (1992).

Students buy heifer for Kentucky family through Heifer Project International (1995).

Students raise $43.35 for March of Dimes (undated).

Admission fee from "Vagina Monologues" to help support Hands of Hope shelter for women and the women of Ciudad Juarez, Mexico (2004).

MC donates 9,000 textbooks to help fledgling Philadelphia community college for Hispanics to build library (2004).
