Frank F. Fowle, III, 1987-1988 Convocation (from the Chicago Tribune, 27 January 1989 obituary by Kenan Heise - Fowle III, 42, traversed the country as a bard, presenting readings from classic writings such as Homer, Plato, Thucydides, Coleridge and the Declaration of Independence.  Fowle was stabbed to death 19 January 1989, apparently during a robbery attempt in a Forsyth, Ga., motel parking lot.)
