Scope and Content

David Waas and Dick Harshbarger are included in pictures of at least three events taking place on Manchester's campus (circa late 1960's?).

It appears as if the same speaker takes part in at least two different group sessions.  Copies of the book, "The United States and Canada" are being utilized at one session.  In an interview with David Waas on 6 July 2018, Dr. Waas does not remember the speaker at the events, but believes the book to be part of an experimental undertaking at the College when everyone on campus was encouraged to read the same book.  Dr. Waas doesn't think the experiment went very well.

Professor Dick Harshbarger takes part in the discussion of the book, "The United States and Canada."  It appears as if the discussion is taking place in a room located in the basement of the Administration Building.
