Bio History NoteA photograph of the 1960 winners of the Kaylor Extemporaneous Speaking Contest - featured in the Oak Leaves issue of 28 April 1960, is located in Photo Box #90: Debate. The Oak Leaves article notes David Sutton as the winner of the Kaylor Extemporaneous Speaking Contest [1960].  David received $25.00 prize money.  Also noted: James Westwood received $10.00 and Lois Kieffaber received $15.00.  Dr. Paul Kellr is also in the picture as is Phyllis Sheetz, contest chairman.
