Stacy Stetzel, Ph.D.

Chair, Associate Professor of Education

Dr. Stetzel earned her B.S. degree in Education with a specialization in reading in 1998 from the University of Saint Francis.  She completed her Masters of Education in 2003 from Indiana Wesleyan University, specializing in curriculum development.  Dr. Stetzel’s Ph.D. was earned in 2015 from Indiana State University with a concentration in administration and leadership.  Her current areas of research include science education, curriculum and assessment, and the transition from practitioner to administrator.  Classes taught by Dr. Stetzel include elementary education methods, assessment, corrective reading, and foundations.  In her spare time, she enjoys running and biking with her family.
