  • Melissa Paar '14 and Tony DeMarco '12 went to Chicago for auditor training under the Water Benefit Standard through the Gold Standard Foundation.Melissa PaarIt is a brand new mechanism to fund sustainable water projects around the globe. The idea is that stakeholders in a particular region (governments, NGOs or corporations) will invest in projects that conserve, preserve and sustainably develop water through a particular region. The Gold Standard is the organization that designed the program and will be the "governing" body.
  • Laura Jenkins '13 is an ecotour guide for the Ketchikan Kayak Company in Ketchikan, Alaska.
  • Kayla Werbianskij '12 is an aquatic scientist for the Indiana Department of Environmental Management.
