Assistant Professor of Pharmacy Practice


Dr. Luty is an Assistant Professor of Pharmacy Practice and joined the Pharmacy Program in July of 2021. In addition to his responsibilities as faculty, he has established a practice within the Parkview Health in Fort Wayne, Indiana which focuses primarily on acute care and internal medicine.  Dr. Luty earned his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Butler University in Indianapolis, Indiana. After which, he completed a PGY1 Pharmacy Residency and PGY2 Internal Medicine Pharmacy Residency at Eskenazi Health in Indianapolis, Indiana. His research interests include anticoagulation appropriate indications and optimizing antimicrobial therapy in adult hospitalized patients.
