Alex R. Mills, Pharm.D., AAHIVP, BCACP

Assistant Professor of Pharmacy Practice (ambulatory care)

 Dr. Mills joined the Pharmacy Program in July 2019. In addition to his responsibilities as faculty, he has established a practice site at Neighborhood Health Clinics, a Federally Qualified Health Center in Fort Wayne, which focuses on ambulatory care and chronic disease state management. Dr. Mills earned his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Purdue University in 2017, completed a PGY1 in a community-based residency program based in Indianapolis, then completed by a PGY2 specializing in ambulatory care with The University of Mississippi (Ole Miss).
