  • Kick-off Homecoming Week with Coffee with Dave

    Start your Homecoming week by joining us at 8:30 a.m. via Facebook for Coffee with Dave. President McFadden will talk about what is going on at the University and answer your questions.

  • 2022 Virtual Class Reunions

    We invite alumni from the classes of 1972, 1977, 1982, 1987, 1992, 1997, 2002, 2007, 2012, 2017, and 2022 to join us for our virtual reunion on Monday. You will have the opportunity to reminisce with fellow alumni, catch up with classmates, and hear from President Dave McFadden.

    Back by popular demand! We invite you to join us on Facebook as we go live with our Campus Store Flash Sale. This is your opportunity to get your Manchester merchandise at a discounted price (some exclusions do apply).

  • 2022 Homecoming Registration

    Stop by the Registration Tent between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. to get all of your Homecoming items. You will pick up your nametag, schedule of events, and campus map while you are here. If you have any questions during the day, feel free to stop back in.

  • Memorial Reflections

    Visit Petersime Chapel between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. to reflect and light a candle for those alumni who have passed away.

  • Alumni Honor Awards Banquet

    Each year the University accepts nominations for outstanding alumni and friends who are making great strides to improve the human condition. Please join us at the Alumni Honor Awards banquet, Saturday, Oct. 22 at 9 a.m., in the Jo Young Switzer Center. The cost for this event is $15 per person. This year we will be honoring Beverly McEntarfer '73, Rex Miller ' 69, Nicholas Kenny '11, and Samantha Chapman '12.

  • Morning Campus Tour

    Meet up with us in the Academic Center lobby where we will begin our campus tour. Check out what has changed since your time at Manchester.

  • Pharmacy Health Fair & College Connections Tent

    Stop by the Pharmacy Health Fair and College Connections tent to meet with professors and current pharmacy students.

  • Spartan Street Fair

    Join us for the annual Spartan Street Fair! Student clubs and organizations will be selling items as a fundraiser. Please note these tables will be CASH ONLY.

  • Kids Zone

    Homecoming is for kids of all ages! Join us in the Kids Zone where our future Spartans can enjoy face painting and other Homecoming activities just for them.

  • Lunch at the Food Trucks

    Enjoy lunch from the food truck of your choice while you mingle with fellow alumni and friends. Check out this year's food truck options: Baby Got S’mac, Tacos Los Gordos, Mickem Concessions, The Baker's Daughter, and Nordmann’s Nook.

  • Chime Tower Dedication

    Join us at the center of the mall for the dedication of the Chime Tower at its new location.

  • Friends with the Weather

    Come enjoy the music of Friends with the Weather. Friends with the Weather is a project from the trio of singer-songwriter/multi-instrumentalists Seth Hendricks ’03, Chris Good ’02, and David Hupp. A proud member of the Earthwork Music Collective, Friends with the Weather's unique sound blends dynamic musicianship, 3 part vocal stylings, and rich lyrical content exploring how we can learn and grow in the midst of challenging times, striving to be sources of love, hope, passion and vision. This concert is free.

  • Class Photos and Reunions

    Class reunion luncheons are back! Begin the reunion by joining your class for your class photo at 11:30 a.m. in Winger (meet on the mall side). Following photos, you and your classmates have the opportunity to grab lunch from any of our food trucks and then enjoy your meal under the reunion tent at your class table.

  • Women's Soccer

    Hey, women's soccer alumni, register for this event so you can be recognized before the match. You will also have the opportunity to join a special cookout and hang out with the team after the match. And everyone else, come cheer on the women's soccer team as we take on Earlham at 1 p.m.

  • Kids Run out with the Team

    For kids ages 4-12, this is a chance to run out onto the football field, leading our Spartan team into action! We’ll meet to gather the kids and lead them out to the field.

  • Football game against Bluffton

    Cheer on your Manchester Spartans as they take on Bluffton at 1:30pm.

  • Peace Studies Plaque Dedication

    Each year at Homecoming, the Peace Studies Institute honors an individual for their significant contributions to peace and justice. Alumni are invited to honor the legacy of Desmond Tutu as we add his name to the Peacemakers Wall in the Gladdys Muir Peace Garden at 2 p.m.

  • Current Student Panel

    We invite you to join us in Academic Center 101 to join in our Current Student Panel. 3 student ambassadors will answer your question about their lives as Manchester students.

  • Afternoon Campus Tour

  • Walking Tour of Sustainability Projects on Campus

    Following the Peace Studies Plaque Dedication, we invite you to join us for a walking tour of sustainability projects on campus at 3 p.m. The tour will depart from the Peace Garden and end at the environmental studies log cabin at 3:30 p.m., in time for the celebration event for the 50th anniversary of the Environmental Studies Program.

  • Environmental Studies 50th Anniversary

    Join us at the Environmental Cabin where we will celebrate the 50th anniversary of our Environmental Studies program at Manchester.

  • Men's Soccer

    Cheer on the men's soccer team as they take on Earlham at 3:30 p.m.

  • Alumni of Color Reunion

    Join other alumni and current students to connect, network and reminisce about the AAFRO House and previous Intercultural Center locations. 

  • Class of 1972 50th Anniversary Dinner

    We invite the class of 1972 to end their day on campus with a meal to celebrate their 50th reunion. At the dinner you will have the opportunity to hear from campus leaders, meet up with classmates you may have missed throughout the day, or see one last time before heading home. The cost for this event is $21 per person.

  • Volleyball Game

    Come cheer on the volleyball team as they take on Transylvania at 7 p.m.
