Onsite catering and banquet facilities for up to 300 people make for an ideal reception site, whether in the Jo Young Switzer Center, where we offer a choice of spaces, or under a tent in a natural outdoor setting. Manchester offers the option of several facilities for large and small dinner meetings and banquets featuring comfort, attractiveness, air-conditioning, technology set-ups, and food accommodations. Our catering team works with you one-on-one to coordinate all your group’s meals, from cafeteria menus to truly elegant affairs, and can help you plan meals almost anywhere on campus. That might mean hors d’oeuvres outside a recital hall, a banquet in the Jo Young Switzer Center, a pizza party in a residence hall or an outside picnic.
