Posted Feb. 16 - Zach Dougal, associated professor of exercise and athletic training, will present March 17 at the Great Lakes Athletic Trainer’s Association Annual Meeting in Wheeling, Ill. In the mini-course on Enhancing Emergent Care in Athletic Training: Intravenous (IV) Therapy, Zach will teach athletic trainers how to perform intravenous therapy for patients.

Also, Zach’s will present research June 27 at the National Athletic Trainers’ Association Annual Symposia in New Orleans. “Preceptor’s Perceptions of Student Integration in an Immersive Clinical Education Model” will be part of a rapid fire presentation format for athletic trainers from across the country.
