Updated March 21 -- Valeria Jimenez, a first-generation college student at Manchester, has been awarded a “Realizing the Dream” scholarship from the Independent Colleges of Indiana. 
She is a sophomore from Akron, Indiana, majoring in psychology and psychology & religious culture.
