Ben Tapper ’12 serves as the career developer for the Southeast Community Services in Indianapolis. After graduation from MU with a bachelor's degree in political science, he served a term with the Indianapolis Mayor's Office of Education Innovation as AmeriCorps VISTA Fellow. Tapper recently earned his master's degree in public affairs from IUPUI and plans to enter the seminary this fall. He has working in community outreach since 2012. He enjoys motivational speaking and strongly believes in empowering people to achieve their best. 

The Young Alumni Impact Award recognizes Manchester University alumni, age 30 and under, who:

        *continue to live out the University mission in their professional and personal life,

        *make a significant impact on the world, and

        *are considered a potential future leader.
