Vandals target residence halls

In the early morning hours of Tuesday, Oct. 21, Manchester College was the victim of vandalism in its residence halls. Nobody was hurt and there was no significant damage.

About 100 students were immediately evacuated. All have returned to their rooms and cleanup is expected to be complete today. The campus is on Fall Break.

Law enforcement agencies, and campus officials, were immediately on the scene at about 4 a.m., and continue to investigate. Persons with knowledge of the vandalism should contact the North Manchester Police Department, at 260-982-8555.
