Generosa Sangco-Jackson

Generosa relocated to the Fort Wayne area in June of 2020 after 20 years in Gainesville, Florida, where she earned her master’s and doctorate in Classical Philology from the University of Florida. After spending 12 years teaching high school Latin and Ancient Greek (and being named Florida’s Latin Teacher of the Year in 2019), she headed north with her husband, grandmother, and puppies in tow! She is an active member of a student-lead organization that promotes the study of the classics (National Junior Classical League), a reader, and foodie. She looks forward to being part of Manchester’s welcoming community in her new role in the Office of Graduate Admissions.
