Family Weekend is full of activities to do with the whole family or your friends! Groups that register will receive meal tickets to enjoy complimentary meals while on campus throughout the weekend, as well as other special goodies! Questions about Family Weekend? Email

Friday, April 8
5-8 p.m. – Check-In
Jo Young Switzer Center

Stop by the check-in table to pick up your schedule, meal tickets and more! You can also register here. 

5-8 p.m. – Esports Arena Open House hosted by Manchester University Esports  
Esports Arena, Calvin Ulrey 

Check out Manchester's Esports Arena and play some games!

7 p.m. – Buckets N Boards Comedy Percussion Show
Upper JYSC

8:30 p.m. – Late Night Snacks, Games, Crafts
Haist Commons

Come eat some snacks, play a variety of board games and yard games and paint your own Manchester trinket. 

10 p.m. – Ghost Hunter Daryl Marston

Wine Recital Hall
Join Daryl Marston from A&E's Ghost Hunter for an overview of his ghost-hunting tools. Then join him as he visits a few buildings on campus to see if he can find anything! 

Saturday, April 9
7 a.m.-10 p.m. –  Interactive Meditation and Prayer
Petersime Chapel

Petersime Chapel has prepared prayer and meditation stations for those interested. Petersime Chapel is open to all. 

8-10 a.m. – Breakfast on your own
Enjoy breakfast in town or at Haist Commons/Sisters Café.

9 a.m.-2 p.m. – Sisters Café Open
Academic Cente
Swing by Sisters for a coffee, tea or bite to eat!

10 a.m.-Noon –  Check-In

1:30 p.m. – “Franks” for Coming Cookout
PERC, Auxiliary Gym

Join Student Life staff for a hot dog cookout to say “Thanks for coming!” 

2 p.m. – Science Center Tour with Zoology Club
Science Center

The Manchester University Zoology Club is excited to show off their hard work from this year. The club has been assisting the science departments by taking care of the many animals that call the Science Center home. Join them to see our fish, turtle and more! 

2:30 p.m. – Corn Hole Tournament

You don't want to miss the cornhole tournament! Signup at check-in.

4-5 p.m. – Flower Arranging Class

Chinworth Center, SAC
Join Rhinestones and Roses, one of our local flower shops, for a class on flower arranging and take home something beautiful! R.S.V.P. required. The class is $10 for non-Manchester students. Participants must be 12+. 

4-8 p.m. – Activities – Street signs, massage chairs, chi beds
Haist Commons

Be sure to stop by Haist Commons to enjoy massage chairs, chi bed and make your own street sign! 

5-7 p.m. – Dinner on your own
Enjoy dinner on the town or in Haist Commons. 

8 p.m. – Trivia hosted by Residential Life
Upper JYSC

Head over to Trivia Night to test your knowledge, eat snacks and have fun! Trivia will be hosted by Residential Life staff! 

8-10 p.m. – Intercultural Center Open House & Bonfire
Intercultural Center 

Join the Office of Multicultural Affairs for games, music, food, s'mores and more! 

Sunday, April 10

11 a.m. – Closing BINGO Brunch

Don't Leave MU before indulging in some brunch foods and playing a game or two of BINGO with Manchester colleagues and our special guest BINGO caller Vice President for Student Life Abby Van Vlerah. 

Noon – Baseball vs Rose-Hulman

Noon – Softball vs. Hanover

Cheer on the women's softball team as they take on Hanover College.
