Tina received her BA in Criminal Justice and Criminology as well as a Masters in Political Science with a Criminal Justice Concentration from Ball State University. She was a probation officer for 10 years in Wabash County serving the last 6 years as the Chief Probation Officer. She then taught Criminal Justice and Criminology in the Ball State Prison Education Program for 2 1/2 years. She then was brought on as a full time instructor on the Ball State Campus where she taught for a total of 15 years prior to coming to Manchester University as the Director of University Safety in 2017. Tina teaches on an adjunct bases for the University as well.

Karen has been with Manchester University since 1995.  The first 10 years was in Student Financial Services and the most recent with University Safety Office.  Her duties include answering the University switchboard, handling reception desk questions, processing auto decals, key inventory and administrative duties for the Safety Office.




Jeremy Arrowood

Officer Arrowood came to Manchester University from the Indiana Department of Corrections where he was an officer for three years.  In those three years at the DOC he served on the Cell Extraction Team as well as the First Response and Weapons Team. Prior to working for the Indiana Department Corrections, Jeremy was a Wabash County Sheriff’s Reserve Deputy. He has 2 years of education from Ivy Tech where he studied criminal justice.  He also served as Pastor for two years with the Columbia City Freewill Baptist Church.

Officer Dotson graduated from Manchester Jr.- Sr. High school. He then went on to serve 5 years in the United States Marine Corps as a Military Police officer.

Officer Henry worked in law-enforcement as a reserve officer for the Silver Lake Police Department before coming to the University. She also served as a Jail Officer for the Wabash County Sherriff Department.  She is also a certified instructor for R.A.D. self- defense.

Officer McAfee earned his Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Manchester University in 2013. He also worked for the Hartford City Police Department. Caleb volunteers as an Assistant Coach for the baseball team.




Pace-Jonathon

Officer Pace joined the Naval Reserves as a Heavy Equipment Operator in the SEABEE’s, then went active duty in the Army as a Military Police Corrections Officer for 2 years at Ft. Lewis Washington. He left the service and became a Jail Officer for the Wabash County Sheriff’s Department for 3 years and later became a Merit Deputy for 7 years. He then became a North Manchester Police Officer where he served for 8 years to include duties as a Field Training Officer, a detective, and then a shift supervisor as well as a patrol Sergeant.

Officer Paris is graduate of the Indiana Law Enforcement Academy Class 93-113 (with honors), Indiana Jail Officers Academy, and Indiana Department of Corrections Academy. He holds instructor certifications in Motivational Interviewing, Mindset Crises Prevention and Physical Restraint, Personal Protection (juvenile and adult) and recently was certified as an instructor for Gracie Survival Tactics for Law Enforcement. He has served on cell extraction teams and was an Emergency Response team member with the Indiana Department of Corrections. Rodney served as a Campus Life Specialist with a juvenile residential facility and has direct care certification for sexually maladaptive youth. Rodney is a veteran of the US Army.

Officer Spann began work at Manchester University July of 2012. He has worked as a patrol officer and also as a locksmith for both Fort Wayne and Manchester Campuses. He completed the EMT certification in October of 2013. Prior to coming to Manchester University, Phil worked for Whites Residential in Wabash, Indiana.
